Who We Are

I recently hired Gil Roberts and his crew for a remodel of my townhouse, and I am incredibly pleased with the final result. The quality of work delivered by Gil is top-notch. He is highly detail-oriented, extremely patient, and genuinely cares about delivering a beautiful finished product. A special shoutout goes to his electrician, Jerry, who did an outstanding job with all the wiring. Jerry went above and beyond on my staircase cove lighting, completely surpassing my expectations. It is rare to see someone take such immense pride in their craft, and it is a testament to the fact that Gil brings a very skilled, reliable group of people onto his job sites. Remodels of this scale rarely happen without a few hiccups or misunderstandings, but what sets Gil apart is his dedication to making things right. Whenever a small issue or miscommunication arose, he was quick to fix it and ensure I was completely satisfied with the solution. The only minor caveats for future clients to keep in mind are related to project management and scheduling. My remodel did take quite a bit longer than the initial time estimate, ultimately taking about double the time to finish. Additionally, because Gil is clearly in high demand and managing multiple things at once, there were a few times I had to issue gentle reminders about minor tasks that had slipped his mind. However, given the high caliber of the craftsmanship and his absolute willingness to ensure everything was done perfectly, the extra time was well worth the wait. If you are looking for a contractor who prioritizes quality, brings in excellent tradespeople, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Gil Roberts.Read More

Gil helped us out with our house renovation! I found his contact through an internal recommendations at work. It was built in the 1960s, and was touched up during the resale, but we wanted to update the flooring, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the electrical wiring. I think what really set apart Gil from the others we talked to is the time he put into creating an itemized estimate. He was super patient in going through all the many questions I had since it was my first time doing a renovation like this, and broke things down really clearly. The project did take longer than expected with some surprises, but life is always full of surprises, and we appreciate how Gil handled bumps in the road. Overall, him and his team pay attention to the quality and details to get you in a home that you will enjoy living in! Communication was always really smooth, and had a positive experience working with him.Read More

We worked with Gil and had a great experience. They did the structural work for our project, and everything went very smooth. The work followed the plans, and all inspections passed with no issues. They helped with the foundation, framing, and our bathroom addition. Everything came out just like we agreed. The team was easy to talk to and kept us updated the whole time. We always knew what was going on. We had no problems at all, and we are very happy with the results. We 100% recommend them for structural work, additions, or remodeling. ThanksRead More

Working with Gil and his team on our kitchen remodel was a great experience. Gil was extremely communicative throughout the process and made things much easier by shortlisting high-quality options, which saved us from a lot of decision fatigue. We also really appreciated their patience and flexibility when we ran into delays with our HOA approval. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a team that is both efficient and easy to work with!Read More
